A private and nurturing space to explore the layers of your grief, reframe limiting beliefs, and reconnect to your body through somatic tools and nervous system regulation. These sessions are gentle, intuitive, and anchored in the belief that grief is not something to "fix"—but something to be witnessed, understood, and integrated.
