1:1 Grief Coaching

A private and nurturing space to explore the layers of your grief, reframe limiting beliefs, and reconnect to your body through somatic tools and nervous system regulation. These sessions are gentle, intuitive, and anchored in the belief that grief is not something to "fix"—but something to be witnessed, understood, and integrated.

Whether your grief is fresh or quietly lingering beneath the surface, this space invites you to breathe a little deeper, soften around the edges, and gently grow through what you’ve gone through.
