1:1 Mindfulness Coaching

Reclaim presence, rebuild inner trust, and reconnect with your body and breath.

 

After loss or major life change, it’s common to feel like you’ve survived—but not yet returned. Mindfulness Coaching is a gentle, structured coaching journey designed to help you find your way back to yourself through the tools of mindfulness, breath, and body awareness.

In our time together we will:

Expectations

Over 12 weeks, you’ll be supported through six one-on-one mindfulness coaching sessions paired with a personalized weekly practice plan that integrates mindful movement, guided reflection, and somatic grounding techniques. This program is ideal if you’ve already done some grief work—or if you’re living in a space where the grief is no longer loud, but still shaping your life.

This is a space to practice presence, cultivate emotional regulation, and soften into the life you’re rebuilding.
