These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online programs, Zoom sessions, journaling tools, and movement-based practices designed to support individuals navigating grief, loss, and life transitions.

By using this site and participating in any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Purpose of This Site

This website and its associated tools and programs are designed for support, education, and personal reflection, not for therapy or crisis intervention. Our offerings include:

Live group or 1:1 sessions via Zoom or in person
Guided journaling exercises
Somatic and movement-based practices
Educational and reflective materials

These resources are not a replacement for professional mental health services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our programs, unless you have the written consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Mental Health and Safety Disclaimer

We are not licensed therapists or medical providers (unless otherwise noted), and we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services in your area.

Movement Disclaimer: Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any physical activity. By participating in movement practices offered through this site, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

4. Zoom Sessions and Confidentiality

Zoom sessions may be recorded only with your permission. We ask all participants to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of others in group settings. However, we cannot guarantee that all attendees will uphold this standard, and we encourage you to only share what you are comfortable with.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including session recordings, journal prompts, written materials, audio, and video content, are the property of The Good Grief Collective unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this material without permission.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Program fees and product pricing are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise noted:

Payments are due in full before the start of the program.
Refunds are only issued within [Insert Refund Window, e.g., “7 days of purchase” or “before the first live session”].

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

Treat all members and facilitators with kindness and respect.
Not share another participant’s personal story or information without permission.

Having safety within your own shares

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from programs without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of this site or participation in any of our offerings, including physical injuries, emotional distress, or financial loss.
