One of our main intentions behind the Good Grief Collective is to have a free online grief support community that focuses on all aspects of the grief journey, cultivating connection, friendships and a large emphasis on self care. Book Club

The most well intended book club that you have ever been a part of🫶 We meet on the last Monday of each month at 7pm inside The Good Grief Collective. Join our book club!

Walking Club

Movement is medicine - especially when we are working through loss & the grief that accompanies it. We meet the first Saturday of each month to walk, talk and close our meet-up with a trip to Starbucks to connect some more! We also have monthly step challenges to keep us moving and to connect with our friends who may not be local.

Breathwork & Mindfulness

Once a month we host a Breathwork & Mindfulness class. Being mindful is the act of being present without judgement... This is challenging enough without grief. In this class we incorporate themes of mindfulness and incorporate different breathwork practices to help support us.

Creative Expression & DIY Workshops

Every couple of months we explore different ways to use creativity and DIY projects that allow us to connect with each other use our grief as creativity.

Collective Circles

Our Collective Circles meet once every other month to discuss themes pertaining to our losses and experience with grief. The session is lead with a theme, we sit with a ground meditation and somatic practice, followed by journaling & a group share. Collective Circles are POWERFUL.
