The Mindful Grieving 6 Week Program is a powerful introduction to the essential components of this somatic-based approach to grieving in the collective. The program offers an intimate, safe container for emotions to be felt, expressed, shared and healed.

Meeting every Wednesday, Online in the Good Grief Collective, from 

6PM-7:30PM

  • Week Three: Unconditional Love & Acceptance
  • Week Four: Grief as a Teacher
  • Week Five: Evolution of Identity Through Grief
